Not yet. We believe in thoughtful, detailed responses over real-time chat. All enquiries go through email and are handled by the team that builds the product — not outsourced support.

I found a security issue. How do I report it?

Please report security vulnerabilities directly to security@getfolio.pages.dev. We take all reports seriously and will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours. Do not disclose the issue publicly until we have had a chance to investigate.
